Job description :


The Technical Waste Coordinator is a specialized customer service representative that works closely with the sales team and operations team to assist customers with hazardous and industrial waste disposal and regulatory compliance.


Day to day tasks include :

  • Profiling new waste streams with disposal facilities for customers.
  • Setting up waste pickups with in-house transportation.
  • Discussing and answering compliance questions for individual customers.ERG customer service team expands 
  • Preparing shipping paperwork for waste pickups that comply with DOT regulations.
  • Entering orders into CRM software for the accounting department.
  • Reviewing invoices from waste disposal vendors for accuracy.
  • Assisting the accounting department with billing.
  • Special tasks and projects as needed.

Skills required :

  • Communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to multitask and work on different projects over the course of one day.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Being able to work in both a team environment and individually.

This a fast-paced job that requires clear and direct communication between team members, departments, and customers. No two days are the same.


An environmental regulatory and compliance background (RCRA, TSCA, HAZMAT) is preferred, but not required.


Training and certifications are provided.

Job Type : Full-time


Pay : $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 yearly


Supplemental Pay : Bonus pay, Commission pay
